Triumph Barbell is a 24/7 strength training facility specialized in powerlifting competition equipment and other general free weight lifting. If you are interested in touring the facility before purchasing a day pass, please reach out to the instagram page or email at least 24 hours in advance from the time that you wish to come.
How to find us
Triumph Barbell is located on the top floor of a large mill building. The official address is 663 Lawrence St, but google/apple maps will take you to the lower level parking lot if you go here. Instead, put in “685 Lawrence St” and drive to the end of the apartment complex’s driveway. The mill building we are located in will be directly on your right will plenty of available parking. DO NOT PARK IN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX SPOTS.
